Home Is Not Here is a labour of love. An extremely small staff receives your orders and processes them. Unfortunately, this means that we can't guarantee an particularly fast turnaround. The best we can do is guarantee that your order will ship within four business days. However, it will often be quicker. Please remember that all CD orders include a free immediate download, so you should be able to enjoy the music well before your physical product arrives.
CDs ordered within Canada should arrive in most cases within ten business days. Orders to rural areas may take longer.
CDs ordered from the United States should arrive within ten business days.

Return Policy

All sales final.
If your product arrives damaged, you can make a claim to have it replaced. Please note that this is a lengthy process, and it may take up to eight weeks for a replacement to arrive.
